Jennifer Jackson

Ms. Jackson's practice includes real estate, taxation and business matters with a particular focus on real estate tax relief and planning, negotiating and drafting commercial real estate purchase agreements, leases, easements and related transactional matters with an emphasis in the wireless telecom industry. 

Ms. Jackson has experience analyzing a wide variety of residential and commercial real property legal concerns, including 1031 like-kind exchanges, valuation challenges such as charitable contributions of façade easements, land use, permitting and zoning issues, acquisition and disposition transactions, as well as landlord-tenant and title-boundary disputes.  Her business background includes extensive knowledge of supply-chain management, product development, placement and marketing, import-export control, customs cargo inspections and vendor contract negotiations. 

Ms. Jackson attended Arizona State University, where she earned a bachelor of science and graduated magna cum laude. She then attended California Western School of Law, where she earned multiple Academic Excellence Awards for achieving the highest grade among her peers and graduated cum laude with a Concentration in Business with Honors. Based on her academic performance, she maintained the Dean's Merit Scholarship throughout her law school career.  For her excellent comprehension of contracts coursework, the law school employed Ms. Jackson as a Contracts Tutor.  Ms. Jackson served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Karen Crawford and the Honorable William Q. Hayes, both of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She also served on the Executive Board of the law school's Business Law Society and her articles have been published in nationally recognized law journals.  After passing both the California and Arizona bar exams, Ms. Jackson attended University of San Diego School of Law, where she earned an LL.M. in Taxation.
