Mr. Parker's practice includes general business counseling and drafting/negotiating real estate agreements, general business contracts and related matters in a variety of industry sectors. Mr. Parker also has more than 32 years of experience negotiating and litigating complex commercial, business, real estate, employment, construction and healthcare related matters. His background includes administrative, permitting, regulatory and employment related proceedings, along with substantial experience with public administration, general compliance counseling, mandamus, code enforcement, contractual indemnity, environmental matters and public works contracts.

Mr. Parker has experience conducting internal investigations, formulating best management practices and preparing employment policies and procedures. He also prepares employment agreements, personnel handbooks and related policies and contracts. Mr. Parker's experience with Title III of the ADA includes counseling owners/operators of public accommodations, including developing internal accessibility audits and barrier removal programs.

Mr. Parker's representative experience includes both large and small companies engaged in telecommunications, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, high technology, construction/engineering and family offices.
