Mr. McManus' practice includes business, commercial, public works and real estate litigation, with an emphasis in telecommunications and land use and zoning. His experience includes all aspects of litigation through trial, arbitration, mediation, judgment collection and appeal. His thoughtful and pragmatic approach has produced successful results for many clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Mr. McManus has also successfully obtained dismissals of multiple matters through summary judgement and related dispositive motions. Mr. McManus has substantial experience with large scale document reviews, discovery strategy and presentation of evidence during trial. Mr. McManus has a keen interest in legal scholarship, obtained numerous academic awards while attending law school, and continues to serve as an adjunct professor at California Western School of Law
